Every class is fun, engaging, challenging and a good workout. The environment could not be more comfortable. With a max class size of 4, you get one on one guidance and every person I’ve been in class with has been super friendly. Lilly is delightful! She is encouraging and motivating. She encourages you to keep going, shows you the right way to do each move and I don’t think I’ve seen her without a smile.
So is that supposed to be like saying, here, this is what you’re SUPPOSED to fit in if you come here every day? Although I guess I can’t complain about a free shirt. I hung it in my closet next to all the other clothes that don’t fit and are the reason I joined a gym.
Oh, and by the way, this place has a sound buzzer that alerts whenever a meathead grunts during a weight lifting set.

Ohhhh… And they say this place is a judgement-free zone. Even though I don’t feel like it is, I like that they say that it is.
They have a 12min ab room and a 30min full body work out room that both have stop lights telling you when to start and stop. Pretty cool if you’re new to working out.

This gym had all the elements I was looking for, so of course I expected to like it there. Unfortunately, there were some serious negatives. The equipment is all pretty old, much of it is in disrepair and much is imply outdated.
They refused to cancel my membership even though I had back-to-back surgeries, with recovery time taking well over a year.
I stayed with this gym a little too long because I wanted to like it. My membership was transferred here when Website my old academias proximas gym (Fitness 19) closed.
